About Me
I feel that there is something intensely moving about transforming emotions, particularly negative ones into art through writing. I feel the same about music, especially heavy music.I wondered: what if there could be a world where music was as magic as I felt it could be? What if different genres were produced by different societies and joined together to form a concordant Grand Symphony? What if the downstream of that reciprocal system was life energy and life altering magic. I forged the Clockwork Meridian from those fires.While it wasn't the journey I set out on, I've come to view The Clockwork Meridian (as in the device itself) as symbolic of the many systems and cycles we participate in, their dysfunctions, and their potential for healing. I want to somewhat re-imagine the hero’s journey as the healing journey.I live near the banks of stunning Swan River in Perth, Western Australia. I like my lattes triple shot, my chocolate dark, and my guitars amplified.
